I hate heights. So why am I abseiling 400ft down the Northampton Lift Tower on May 9th?

Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes
CRY - Cardiac Risk the the Young - a charity that promotes awareness aimed at preventing sudden death in young people and also offers support to bereaved families
4ED/Motor Neurone Disease Association - Ed is a past MK Rugby Club player who moved on to play for Leicester and Gloucester. In July 2022 he was diagnosed with MND and is now wheelchair bound. He is married with two young children.
MK Rugby Club - we need a bit as well to help with various developments at the club.
