🏉 MKRUFC legend – over 40 years at the club. Ex-player, has done just about every committee job going, and is always one of the first to put his hand up to help.

🏸 Badminton guru… the sport, not the town! 😉

🎶 Seasoned tourist, song-meister, and never knowingly under-sung.

🍺 Connoisseur of proper real ale.

🧗 One of the first brave (or mad!) souls to abseil the Saints lift tower… and he’s now apparently pledged to do it again wearing only a bra and panties if he hits his fundraising target. Let’s just say… that’s one way to motivate the donations! 😳😂

🚴 Became a Roffer in 2017 when, aged 62, he somehow cycled 100 miles with absolutely no training. Proof that common sense has never stood in the way of a good cause!

If ever there was someone who embodies the spirit of the club and the ROF , it’s Theo. Top man! 👏🍻

This years charities are, Willen Hospice, Cardiac Risk in the Young, MNDA, MK Prostate Cancer Support, MS Society MK and Unity MK.
