On October 3rd I'll be running the London Marathon for a very special charity called Keen, who offer fun sports and activity sessions for children with additional needs - www.keenlondon.org
It's a charity very close to my heart, providing me with plenty of joyful Saturday mornings over the past 6 years. I'd love to support them further after a tough year or so by raising some money to help them continue doing the brilliant work they do.
