My brother and I are running a half marathon to raise money for Embrace, a charity that has been a huge part of our lives for as long as we can remember. We’ve been supporting Embrace events and activities since we were very young, and have grown up alongside the charity, the young people it supports and their families.

Over the years, we’ve seen first-hand the difference Embrace makes, giving children and young people with disabilities opportunities, experiences, friendships and a place to feel included, while also providing invaluable support for their families. It’s a cause that means a huge amount to both of us, so taking on a half marathon feels like a great way to give something back to an organisation that we’ve been lucky enough to grow up alongside.
