On 13th june, we’ll be climbing Snowdon and reach the peak at sunset in memory of my cousin Adam, who we sadly lost to suicide.
Adam was deeply loved, and his loss has left a hole in our family that will never truly heal. We’re doing this climb not only to honour him, but to help raise much-needed funds and awareness so that other families hopefully never have to experience the same heartbreak.
We’re supporting Men's Minds Matter because the work they do for men and boys struggling with their mental health is so important. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 55, with 74% of all completed suicides being men or boys.
