Due to my own experiences and those of some of my friends, mental health is something I care a great deal about. I have also taught many children in schools across Medway who have needed some kind of support with their mental health and wellbeing.
It also really concerns me that the mental health of men is in a bit of a crisis currently, many men are still not reaching out. Partly through fear of judgement or the negative influence of online influencers.
This is why when I wrote, ‘Noise In Silence’ about my own mental health, I felt motivated to make this count and use it to help others. That’s why I would like to donate 100% of the proceeds of the downloads/sales of the single to the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund, to raise awareness of the support that is out there and help to fund more support.
