Our family is taking part in Elsie's cafes' Buy Nothing Fortnight Challenge. Elsie's cafe collects food which would otherwise go uneaten, and uses it to create delicious meals in its pay as you feel cafe. Elsie's cafe is providing us with rescued food for a fortnight and we are cooking creatively and sharing pictures of our rescued food creations instead of buying our usual food from the shops. Please sponsor us to take part in this challenge. Funds raised will go to Elsie's cafe to buy much needed supplies and equipment.
