I’m running the Madrid Marathon on Sunday 24th April and would like to help a local charity Berkshire Lowland Search & Rescue which I've joined to raise funds.
Berkshire Lowland Search & Rescue do really important lifesaving work providing highly trained search, rescue and first aid for vulnerable missing persons.
The volunteers give their time for free, however it costs around £20,000 every year to keep the life saving services going.
Funding means that BLSAR can spend more time training and investing in new and replacement equipment to enhance the services. This can really make a difference to the lives of the people that BLSAR search for, not to mention their friends and families.

Any donation, however small will help the charity to continue to run and is really appreciated.
Thank you very much.
