I am participating in this years Cardiff Half Marathon to support the charity who supports children with learning difficulties. Gig Buddies is a befriending scheme that tackles loneliness and improve health and well-being by matching adults with a learning disability and/or autism with volunteers who share the same interests, so they can go to gigs and events together.
