I have anxiety and I’ve allowed that to dictate parts of my life and recently I decided it was time to challenge myself and push my boundaries. The challenge of boxing is different to other challenges out there and also the charity we are raising money for is Tonic music for mental health, so it all seems to fit on a personal level. For me to be doing this is massive. I’m a long way from my comfort zone and it’s terrifying. Cheers.
