It's that time again and I'm stepping into the ring for a second time for Charity fight nation for TONIC MUSIC FOR MENTAL HEALTH this is a fantastic event for an awsome local charity every penny counts for this not for profit charity they are based in southsea and have a shop on highland road selling TONIC merchandise to benefit the charity and it looks great too, call in and talk to the staff you don't need to be going threw mental health to be helped by this awsome charity with some awsome staff just call in to have a chat and a coffee Steph and the other guys are doing fantastic work.
