So this is “take two” for me...as I enter the ring once again to raise money and awareness for tonic music for mental health.
Last time I spoke in depth about my siblings struggle with mental health - my sister - Julie suffered a mental break down around 10 years ago before being diagnosed with bipolar, it was the hardest time of my families life - seeing your loved one so vacant and not knowing how to help.
My Brother - Ben - struggles with Asperger’s syndrome and has had a hard life since the day he was born - his heart is so big which makes seeing him rejected so much even harder for us all.
All our strength comes from my Mum - she found her Mum after taking her own life when she was just 13 - growing up without her Mum, she nursed my great Aunt through Alzheimer’s until she passed away 2 years ago.
Life can be very hard but; we’re in it together and I’m so proud to be a part of the CFN family ❤️?
