Grapplethon 2019 - Chokes for Charity!
Like last year, I'll be taking part in the annual Artemis BJJ 2019 charity grapplethon, this time raising funds for Womankind Bristol, a local Bristol charity. They support women with professional counselling, group psychotherapy, befriending and a helpline service.
For 24 hours there will be at least two people rolling on the mats, and I will be one of them.
