This fundraiser supports the vital work of Daffodils Dreams in Wigan and Leigh, helping children and families who are struggling to meet their most basic needs.

Every week, we meet parents facing impossible choices between heating and eating, paying rent or buying school shoes, putting food on the table or buying warm clothing. Many are doing everything they can, yet still falling short through no fault of their own.

Our goal is simple: to make sure no child goes without the essentials they need to feel safe, warm, confident, and included.

Through this fundraiser, we provide clothing, shoes, bedding, nightwear, toiletries, food parcels, school uniforms, and emergency support. We also help children access activities through our Sponsor a Child programme, giving them opportunities to build confidence, friendships, and aspirations.

For many children, these items are life-changing. A warm coat, a proper bed, clean clothes, or the chance to join a dance class or sports club can transform how a child feels about themselves and their future. These small things make a big difference.

Your support allows us to respond quickly when families are referred to us by schools, social workers, health services, and community partners. We prepare tailored support packages that restore dignity and bring immediate relief during times of crisis.
