On 20 September I am swimming two miles in the Serpentine for West London Welcome. West London Welcome is a community charity which helps refugees in the West London area. The people they help are fleeing war and persecution in their home countries including Ukraine, Palestine and many others. They provide a specialist community centre which offers support including English classes, hot food, a foodbank, advice, advocacy, clothing, childcare for those in classes, and social and creative activities. Please help me raise money for this amazing charity. I can't imagine a better reason to wade through 2 miles of goose poo!
