Ive decided this year to turn cold water ‘dipping’ into cold water swimming! I will be taking part in the Extreme Penguin Challenge which will see me swimming 1000m per month for 4 months, including two swims which total at least 250m. ‘Extreme’ penguin means I will only be allowed to wear a swimming costume with gloves and socks to cover the extremities!
Pregnancy Crisis Care is a charity very close to my heart, and I would be honoured to raise monies for them!
