Support Forest of Imagination 2026
This year, Forest of Imagination invited you to 'Enter the Chrysalis' — a creative transformation of Entry Hill, and an ongoing proof of concept for a permanent Art and Nature Park for Bath and beyond. Our 13th consecutive Forest of Imagination welcomed families, schools, artists and communities across ten days in June.
Now, this September, we return with A River of Dreams — a living design laboratory for Entry Hill's future. One continuous intervention flows through the landscape: a communal table becoming workbenches, drawing surfaces, planting beds, and eventually the land itself. Rather than asking what we should build, we're asking: what future do we want?
Forest of Imagination is free and open to all — made possible by grants, partners and community support. We're celebrating £30,000 from Arts Council England, which alongside your donations helps us commission artists, deliver creative outdoor learning for local schools, support volunteers and young people, and care for Entry Hill as a place of imagination and biodiversity.
We believe every child deserves access to creativity and nature. We believe communities thrive when people come together outdoors. And we believe Entry Hill can become a long-term Art & Nature Park for Bath and beyond.
Last year, people told us:
“Helped the community feel closer to nature.”
"Children had agency in the space.”
“Amazing project – keep going.”
With your help, we can keep growing. Every contribution makes a difference.
