My colleague Andrew Lenaghan is a runner. He used to run the half-marathon and many other races, however running is not an option for Andrew these days as MND (motor neurone disease) makes it difficult for him to move.

This year I will be running the Reading half-marathon for Andrew and MND Reading and West Berkshire, who have been supporting him. Please can you donate to this cause if you are able to help support the vital work they do.
