Team Fundraisers
So in the October half term 2014, I started to volunteer for the charity families united network (F.U.N) as part of the national citizen service (NCS). I went to help out at a few local events they were holding, as a part of a team of girls, in order to raise money and i really enjoyed knowing I was helping to make a difference. F.U.N is charity which helps additional needs children and their families to experience things they may not necessarily get to in everyday life. As they help so many people, I feel it's only fair that in return I try to help them the best I can, and so therefore I wanted to get as involved in fundraising as possible. What better way than throwing myself out of a plane! On September 5th I will be doing a sponsored skydive and your donations towards this would be greatly appreciated.
