The Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund (EHMF) is a volunteer lead Community Interest Company, providing fast, in-person counselling for young people aged 13–18, living in Gravesham.

• Average wait time (2024): 6 days – no waiting list in 3.5 years (UK average 392 days)

• 500+ young people supported since April 2022 (201 in 2025)

• Delivered by 12 trusted private-sector counsellors located throughout the borough

• Working in partnership with Gravesham Schools, Kent Police, Darent Valley Hospital, GCLL, charities and clubs

• Also providing ongoing support for families bereaved by youth suicide

- there is simply no comparable service in the UK.
