On the 30th November I will be jumping out of a plane at 10,000ft (!!!) to raise money for the incredible dance charity CoDa Dance.
The charity holds workshops for people with MS and other neurological conditions, all the money raised will go towards the charity to fuel more projects and workshops within the community.
