In just 10 weeks I’ll be enduring the Brighton Triathlon (Olympic distance) to raise money for an absolutely astounding charity – Stay Up Late.
A Sussex charity dedicated to giving people with learning disabilities the chance to lead a full and active social life.
As most of you know, I am a very sociable being and I hate the thought of anyone being left out of the fun.
So, while watching Paul Richards the founder of Stay Up Late, deliver his talk at Brighton TED – I was already working out ways to help.
Please check out this inspiring and heart-warming talk here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fEc5v9GLaQ
And if you’d like to share his story I would be grateful.
But if you’d like to donate too, even better!
