London Marathon

Another year, another challenges. One of my big ones this year is taking part in this year's London Marathon on Sunday April 23rd 2017, The big challenge is to beat my time from last year (4hrs 11mins). Makes perfect sense to raise funds for a worthwhile charity while once again taking part in this iconic event. I am running for The Avenues Youth Project (http://www.avenues.org.uk), The Avenues takes a youth work approach to support young people by enabling them to constructively take on the personal, social and educational disadvantages they face. The aim is to provide support to young people in leading positive, creative and fulfilled lives. I would be very grateful for any donations you could make and inspire me through the few remaining weeks of long lonesome runs.
