Hello,

On Sunday 22nd February 2026.

I am going to be running 24 miles for the charity Men’s Mind’s Matter & in loving memory of my grandad ’Eddie Berridge’ who sadly passed away.

I believe men’s mental health isn’t talked about enough, that there is a stigma for men to not open up and suffer in silence. This challenge is my way of changing that and honoring my grandad every step of the way!

I will be dedicating every mile to him whilst raising money for the charity of my choice Men’s Mind’s Matter, Who do vital work for men’s mental health! Every donation will support men who are struggling and every step is for Eddie!
