I believe in action, on taking a stand for things you believe in. That is why I'm doing a charity skydive for VOICES as there has been a rise in violence against women in our country.
VOICES works with people who have been affected by domestic abuse, whether in the past or more recently, to prevent harm and promote recovery. They aim to help families to recover and thrive. They do this through individual support and advocacy, and a suite of group recovery programmes.
