Of all the items we provide to our clients at Ben's Centre, socks and underwear are among the most in need. They are also one of the items we receive the least. This Christmas, we're asking you to give the gift of comfort and donate to our socks & underwear appeal.

Many of the people we support do not have access to fresh and clean socks and underwear. These can easily get worn, wet or soiled, leading to discomfort and pain and negatively impacting mental wellbeing. Can you imagine having to walk around all day in cold wet socks? Having fresh socks and pants gives people the comfort and dignity most of us take for granted.
