Hi all
I've taken on the crazy challenge of completing the swimming part of the Royal Windsor Triathlon!!
I am doing this to support an amazing organisation The Reasons Why Foundation, which supports the rehabilitation of ex-offenders. The founder is a friend of mine and the work they do is crucial in enabling individuals to settle back into society, considerably decreasing reoffending rates and the inherent mental health difficulties, giving everyone a chance to get a new start. It is about steering away from those damaging judgments and stereotypes and coming together to make our society a better place to be for everyone.

Now in the open waters part of the training as the lake season has reopened. Amazing location in the Costwolds Lake 86 gives me an amazing sense of freedom!! Hard going but super enjoyable!
