of us experience mental health problems such as depression or anxiety, January is notoriously a difficult time of year so it’s crucial that people can access support.
Leela and Yasmin Carr-Bond, identical twin sisters will be running a half marathon on the 26th January 2019 for Womankind. The Charity was founded in 1986 in our beloved hometown of Bristol. The charity supports women who are struggling with mental health issues, many whom have experienced trauma and abuse. Womankind helps hundreds of women each year. One of the many new projects is a new Instant Messaging service, particularly aimed at young women and women who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Any donation you can offer would be immensely appreciated by us and the charity - Thank you very much!
Well done on completing it, hope you're resting up on Safari.
