TriBethlon

Hello! My name is Bethan, and I work for a small charity called Valleys Steps. We work in partnership with Cwm Taf University Healthboard to deliver free self-help courses in Mindfulness and Stress Control around the communities of Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil. Our courses are designed to teach ways of managing stress and boosting wellbeing. To raise money for this excellent charity, I'm taking on a massive three-weekend challenge in September, called "TriBethlon" (because my name is Bethan, see what we did there?!) On September 2nd, I'll be starting the challenge by running the Cardiff 10k On September 9th, I'll be walking up Pen-y-Fan along with several members of the Valleys Steps team and some of our wonderful volunteers On September 16th, I'll be finishing my challenge by running the Swansea Bay 10k As you can imagine, this is going to be quite the challenge, so anything you can donate to sponsor me, and the team joining me up Pen-y-Fan, would be very much appreciated.
