Localgiving is partnering with Get Grants to deliver a deliver a Bid Writing Workshop for small charities, community groups and CICs. This 1.5-hour FREE Workshop on Thursday 16th April, is designed for not-for-profit organisations to build their grant fundraising skills and confidence.
Join us in this friendly and accessible session to get practical advice and top tips on writing successful applications and explore some common mistakes and how to avoid them!
Topics covered during the interactive session will include:
- Explore what Grant Applications look like
- Consider the importance of Needs and Outcomes
- Pick up lots of Top Tips to improve your Bid Writing
- Build your confidence and be inspired!
This session is suitable for fundraisers with all levels of experience and not-for-profit organisations of all shapes and sizes. All very welcome!

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
For almost 15 years, Get Grants has provided practical support in the form of training, information, and support that fundraisers with all levels of experience can take away and put into practice.
- When: Thursday 16th April 2026, 10am - 11:30am
- Where: The course will be delivered via Zoom - a meeting ID and password will be emailed to you before the event. Don't forget to check your Junk Folder if it doesn't arrive.
