To help people in emotional distress through counselling and psychotherapy and to train the next generation of counsellors and psychotherapists. We believe that there should be no barrier to people receiving counselling and psychotherapy if an individual is ready to take steps to improve their personal well-being. We have over 30 volunteer counsellors and psychotherapists and help people across South Wales. Our service is free to our clients.
