Valleys Steps run free Mindfulness and Stress Control courses in the community that teach ways of improving your well-being, and managing stress, anxiety and low mood. The courses run once a week for six weeks and last about an hour and a half. The courses are free and there's no need to book, just turn up - you can even bring someone with you if you like! Our courses are purely educational, there is no group discussion and you will not be asked to speak or to share your story with the group.Why the community needs usOur impact on the community
