The green is open from April to September for matches, competitions, general practice and coaching also a licensed bar. During the season the club is open every day from noon to dusk. Our aim is to promote the sport of bowls by providing coaching on a regular basis and bring bowls to the wider community. The clubhouse is also open during the winter 3 nights a week, for bingo, games, race nights, trips to theatre and greyhound racing. We are managed by a Management Committee elected at our AGM
Why the community needs us
We cater for all genders and abilities. We have a wheelchair which is specifically made for disabled bowlers.
Our impact on the community
At the moment we are raising money to promote bowls in general and our club specifically. We are looking for new members hopefully from people new to bowls
