Every year I take part in the Cycle Live event which is a full day of cycling for people of all ages and abilities. I will be taking part in the 50 mile event and aiming to complete in around 3 hours, additionally I'm trying to raise money for a fantastic charity called Borderline Arts who are the UK's only charity that specifically focuses on Borderline Personality Disorder.
Through the use of arts and creative outlets such as writing & art groups, art galleries and exhibitions, awareness is raised around an often forgotten and misunderstood mental health condition.
