Albie is one of Ess's biggest advocates and is taking on an almighty challenge to champion his sister.
November 2026 Albie will be taking on HYROX in Birmingham for 21 plus that supports his sister.
HYROX is a supreme mix of fitness challenges and running, side by side with other competitors. Albie will need to be fitness ready both physically and mentally. This is going to take Albie an incredible amount of time and determination for his sister.
21 Plus is a charity close to our hearts not only because of the support and friendship Ess has gained from it but for other children and families who have Down Syndrome. 21 Plus enables people with Down Syndrome to reach their full potential. Ess has recently stood up whilst surfing due to the support of 21 Plus.
