Hi, I’m Andy and I’m running The Big Half on Sunday 6th September 2026 to raise £500 for Bow Foodbank!

Bow Foodbank is a community-led charity in Tower Hamlets, neighbours supporting neighbours.

Alongside emergency food support, the team also offers practical support and signposting so people can access the wider help they need.

This cause matters to me because it improves people's lives in my local community and does invaluable work for vulnerable people
