This Autumn I am taking part in Cardiff Half Marathon and Lisbon Marathon for Popham Kidney Support and then after that.......rest! I am very fortunate to be able to say that, people affected by kidney disease can not. They may have to dialyse three times a week, over night, or care for someone who has kidney disease and have no rest! Every step I take is for them! Popham Kidney Support aims to improve the quality of life of everyone affected by kidney disease in Wales. Money donated this autumn will go towards children and their families to have well deserved rest, a day out together at Christmas! Thank you for your support.
