Support Team Zink & Swim as they attempt to swim the equivalent of the English Channel - there and back!

Funds raised will directly support local families and individuals who are struggling towards socially and financially independent futures in work where possible and bring the community together at Zink HQ.

Zink supports families and individuals in the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales who are going through a tough time. This could be because of poverty, poor mental health, homelessness, domestic abuse, isolation or similar vulnerabilities.

As well as providing advice, work coaching, food bank, Neuro Hub, Recovery Space and a Community Cafe, Zink runs a weekly timetable of more than 20 activities. One of these is Zink & Swim.

Anyone can join Zink & Swim to improve their mental and physical health perhaps as a step towards getting back to work with the help of one of Zink's work coaches. It's every Friday 11.45 - 1 at Buxton Swimming Pool.
