Hi! Im Dawn - Ive done quite a bit of running in the past and Ive also been involved in a community fridge project - Ive seen firsthand the difficulties local people face when life takes and unexpected turn and when money is tight. I rarely use my running to ask for sponsorship but as cost of living increases we all see the resulting hardships it and the need to come together as a community and contribute to the support of those who need it.

Would you give what you can to help me raise some funds for St Albans and District Foodbank which provides emergency food and essential hygiene items to individuals and families facing difficult moments. They offer a warm welcome, a cup of tea and can help people connect with local advice and support so they don't have to face challenges alone.
