It has now been over a year since Harshita Brella was tragically murdered. While her husband has been formally charged, her family feel no closer to seeing him brought into custody or facing justice.

Northamptonshire Rights and Equality Council has been supporting Harshita’s sister, Sonia Dabas, and her parents in their ongoing pursuit of justice. The family are determined to ensure Harshita’s voice is heard and that meaningful action is taken.

We are now helping Sonia, her parents, and her two children travel to the UK for an eight-day visit to Northamptonshire. During this time, they hope to meet with key authorities and urge the UK Government to use its influence to secure extradition from India.

The estimated cost of travel, visas, accommodation, and essential living expenses is approximately £8,000. While we have already raised part of this amount, we still need your support to make this visit possible.

Every contribution — no matter how small — will help this grieving family take vital steps toward justice for Harshita.

Please consider donating and sharing this page. Your support will make a real difference at a time when it is needed most.

Thank you for standing with Harshita’s family.
