This summer, I’m throwing myself out of a plane — to raise vital funds for The Esther Project, a women’s charity that supports those facing some of life’s hardest battles: addiction, mental health struggles, domestic abuse, and homelessness.
I’m doing it because I know what it’s like to feel lost, to hit rock bottom, to forget your own worth. And I know what it means to be supported — to be seen, heard, and gently guided back to yourself.
Thanks to the right people and the right tools, I was able to rebuild my life. Now, through The Feel Good Sisterhood — a supportive space where women find energy, balance, and empowerment through menopause and beyond — I help others thrive, too.
