I will be taking part in our 2023 Active Challenge - Offas Dyke Hike - in celebration of our 10th Year! On September the 10th I and Geraint John, Patient Services Co-ordinator will be taking on the challenge of walking 88 miles of the Offas Dyke Pathway from Sedbury Cliffs to Monmouth to Knighton to Newcastle on Clun in 6 days.
DAY 1 - 10th September - Sedbury Cliffs to Monmouth – 17.5 miles (28 Km)
DAY 2 - 11th September - Monmouth to Pandy – 16.75 miles (27 Km)
DAY 3 - 12th September - Pandy to Hay-on-Wye – 17.5 miles (28.2 Km)
DAY 4 - 13th September - Hay to Kington – 14.75 miles (23.3 Km)
DAY 5 - 14th September - Kington to Knighton – 13.5 miles (21.7 Km)
DAY 5 - 15th September - Knighton to Newcastle on Clun – 8 miles (13 Km)
It is the charity's 10th year and to help them raise awareness of their cause, the kidney community in Wales and funds.
I am pledging my funds to children with kidney disease.
