About

As part of a 24 hour relay, I'm attempting to swim for 1 hour indoors, in clean, clear and warm water, this is a far cry from the outdoors murky depths of 3 degrees I'm used to. Why? To support the fantastic Friends of Jubilee Pool in their quest to save a much loved local pool from closure and transfer it into community ownership. Funds are required to pay for business advice, solicitors, surveys and much more to secure the future of this vital community asset. By being community led and not-for-profit, we will ensure Jubilee Pool always best serves the health and wellbeing requirements of its users.

Saving this pool means more children can learn to swim, will be safer around water and not have to learn as an adult entering their first triathlon!

Suggested donation, the cost of a swim £3.60 for an adult, £9.05 for a family. THANK YOU for your support.
