I’m running the Robin Hood Half Marathon to raise money for Harmless, a charity doing incredibly important work around self-harm and suicide prevention.
This will be my first half marathon, and I’ve spent the last few months training, running further than I ever have before and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
I wanted to use the challenge to raise money for a cause that helps people who may be struggling in ways that aren’t always visible. Harmless provides support, education and understanding around self-harm and works to reduce the stigma that can prevent people from reaching out for help.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support the work Harmless does.
If you can spare anything, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. And if you can’t donate, simply sharing my fundraiser would mean a lot.
