Two foot ops later, and after 4 years of not running regularly, I recently decided to get back into training to help East Cheshire Eye Society raise valuable funds to keep supporting people with sight loss. I have to say training to run again this past few weeks, in this somewhat older body, was feeling quite alien and my feet didn't feel like mine, but gradually I am adjusting and overcoming the aches and pains! 

So I'll be running as a relay team of 4 over 2.5 K laps and any support you feel you can offer would be truly genuinely
