I have always said that I wanted to do a sky dive for a very worthwhile charity and so here it is. The Wessex Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre is such an important charity that helps so many people with this sad medical condition.
I am also doing the jump in memory of my mum, Beryl, who always used to say to me when I talked to her about it: "really Sandra, that sounds exciting, I'll come too!!!" Sadly, mum passed away of frailty and old age (94) in January this year but I am sure she will be looking down on me.
