Who are JUMP?
JUMP are like a big family. JUMP currently help over 200 children with life-limiting health conditions and and their families in our community. Every year, JUMP provide a minimum of 80 Memory Photography experiences and 12 Family Memorable Days. One day, we would love to see JUMP in every region, but for now we are here for families in the North West and North Wales.
This is for an amazing cause and something I'm proud and excited to be apart of!
