Last year, Amy shared a link to try and encourage others to sign up and run the Oxford Half, with the aim of raising vital funds for SAFE! The charity, that Amy works for, provides support to children and families around the Thames Valley who have been affected by crime or abuse through one-to-one and group sessions. However, instead of signing others up, Amy was inadvertently tricked into entering the half herself alongside her football teammate, Sam. Both felt it was the right time to have a 'goal' and although it will feel like a fantastic achievement to complete the course, the ultimate aim is to raise as much money as possible to support the work of SAFE! Thank you, in advance, for any amount you are able to donate. It WILL help towards the vision that children and young people feel safe, thrive and achieve their potential.
Congrats, amazing achievement along with all the training miles. Great cause. Love The Browns xx
Well done Amy & Sam! x
