This summer & autumn 2026, I will be doing a triple-run challenge to raise much-needed funds for the wonderful Community Wellbeing Garden charity in Petworth, West Sussex.
This beautiful wheelchair-accessible garden supports over 120 people each week, many with learning and physical disabilities, through therapeutic gardening, food growing and woodcraft activities.
Amongst the strawberries, sweet peas and butterflies, they run projects to support people with a wide range of needs, including mental ill-health, disabilities and isolation.
They also run a Harvest Fresh Food scheme with Petworth Foodbank, delivering fresh fruit, vegetables and bread to families at risk of food poverty.
The charity makes a genuine difference in people's lives, boosting mental and physical wellbeing, and helping people have access to healthy food and new skills.

All the funds I raise will help support this excellent charity and the work it does in our community. Thank you for your support.

Probably the world’s favorite 10 mile running event, with inspiring history, salty air and glorious sea views.
