2018 Belfast City Marathon Relay

Hi all, Looks like it is that time of year again when we dust the trainers off and have another go at the Belfast City Marathon Relay! This year I am going to 'supervise' and let the pros do the running!!! As usual the guys will be running for The Laurence Trust. As chairman of the charity it is obviously close to my heart, and those who know me will be aware we founded the charity after my brother Laurence passed away in 2009. Laurence had been living with Bulimia for about 8 years. The Laurence Trust aims to support people like Laurence and families like mine to get the support and information they need. We want to make sure they are able to look after their loved one and get them the professional help they need and deserve. The money we hope to raise this year will go towards really upping our public awareness game. We have begun work with a professional graphic designer and aim to really get the messages out there that men get eating disorders, it is a serious mental illness, and we need to do a lot more to support those guys who live with it.
