Iron Run: muddy fun and obstacles!

I have decided to complete the Iron Run on 29th July 2017 to help raise awareness and money for Northamptonshire Carers and Northamptonshire Young Carers. I have worked here for 5 years and supporting this work to continue is vital as there are so many carers, young and old, in need of support. 2017 is the 25th Anniversary year of Northamptonshire Carers and the money raised will go towards new holiday accommodation provision to give carers a much needed break. The Iron Run is 12k of running, swimming, dragging myself any way I can survive to the end, including 40 challenging obstacles!!
